General Conditions of Sale (GCS)

1. Purpose

 

These conditions govern the sales of handmade jewelry by Terraluna, a micro-enterprise registered under number n° 942 252 701 00019, située à saint Étienne vallée française en Lozère, France.

 

2. Products

 

Each piece of jewelry is handmade from natural stones. Photos are not contractually binding: variations may appear due to the unique nature of the materials.

 

3. Price

 

Prices are listed in euros, all taxes included (VAT not applicable – Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code). Delivery costs are indicated before order confirmation.

 

4. Order

 

Validation of an order implies acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions. A confirmation is sent by email as soon as the order is registered.

 

5. Payment

 

Payment is secure via credit card or PayPal. The order is processed upon receipt of full payment.

 

6. Delivery

 

Orders are shipped within 2 to 5 business days. Delivery times vary depending on the carrier chosen. A tracking number is provided to the buyer.

 

7. Right of withdrawal

 

In accordance with Article L121-20 of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 days upon receipt to withdraw your purchase. Returns must be made at your expense and in their original condition. Personalized or worn items cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

8. Refunds

 

In case of a defective or incorrect product, please contact me within 7 days of receipt with a photo. A solution will be offered (exchange, credit note, or refund).

 

9. Intellectual Property

 

All texts, images, creations and logos present on the site are the property of Terraluna and cannot be used without prior authorization.

 

10. Applicable law

 

These General Terms and Conditions are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.
