All elements on this site (texts, images, logos, jewelry, descriptions, visuals, etc.) are the exclusive property of Terraluna. Any reproduction, in whole or in part, without prior authorization is strictly prohibited.
2. Use of the site
This site is intended for personal use only. You may not use this site or its contents for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
3. Products and availability
Each piece of jewelry is a handcrafted creation, unique or produced in small batches. The photos are not contractually binding: variations may exist due to the nature of the stones. If an item is unavailable after ordering, the buyer will be informed as soon as possible.
4. Price
Prices are in euros, including all taxes (VAT not applicable, Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code). They may be changed at any time, but items will be billed at the rate in effect when the order is confirmed.
5. Orders
Any order implies acceptance of these terms and conditions. A confirmation email is sent after each order. The seller reserves the right to refuse an order in the event of a dispute or non-payment.
6. Liability
Terraluna cannot be held responsible for damages related to the use of the site, nor for delays or delivery errors caused by third parties (carriers, service providers, etc.).
7. Applicable law
These terms and conditions are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will always be preferred. Failing this, the competent courts will be those within the company's jurisdiction.
