How to order?
Every Terraluna creation is handmade with love and intention.
To order, simply click on the jewel that calls to you, choose the available options (size, charm, etc.) then add the item to your basket. Once your order has been confirmed, you'll receive a confirmation e-mail.

Payment and delivery
Payment is 100% secure and can be made by credit card or via PayPal.
Creations are dispatched from the Cévennes within 2 to 5 working days of order validation. Each piece of jewelry is carefully and conscientiously packaged in an ethical box, ready to offer as a gift or for yourself.
Shipments are made by La Poste (recorded delivery), with a tracking number communicated upon dispatch
Intellectual property
All content on this site (text, photos, logos, designs, visuals) is the exclusive property of Terraluna. Any reproduction, representation or use, in whole or in part, without prior authorization is strictly forbidden
Means of payment
You can pay for your order securely by credit card (Visa, Mastercard) or via PayPal.
All transactions are encrypted and protected to guarantee your peace of mind
Refund
Each piece of jewelry is unique, just like you. However, if an item is not to your liking, you have 14 days after receipt to contact me.
Returns are accepted only if the jewelry is in its original, unworn condition and returned in its original packaging. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
Personalized orders cannot be returned or exchanged, except in the event of an error on my part.
International shipping
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, Terraluna creations can travel to you, even if you're far away... Shipments are possible to several countries, including the United States, Canada, Brazil and other parts of the world.
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at the time of order, according to the weight of the jewel and the destination chosen.
Will I have to pay extra for delivery?
If you order from a country outside the European Union, local taxes, customs duties or processing fees may be applied by your country's postal services or customs.
These charges are not invoiced by Terraluna and remain at your expense.
They vary from country to country, so please check with your local post office beforehand.
Confidentiality
Your personal data is precious and confidential.
They will never be shared, sold or used for any purpose other than processing your order.
